- Suggesting category changes to ensure all work is appropriate for judging, as well as portraying its best potential
- Ensuring the information provided is accurate and valid
- Ensuring the creative physical material submitted is received and logged
During the festival (Cannes, France) 14th June - 27th June
- Conducting the judging process with established jurors for the 5 days of shortlisting in Cannes
- Assisting with any queries the jurors may have with the submitted campaigns
- Preparing the Direct Category for the Awards Ceremony
- Working on the Creative Exhibition, providing information to attendees
