THEA GAJIC is an actress, writer and director born and raised in South London.
Her first short film 'RUN' was selected as BFI Postroom's Pick of The Month, Short of The Week and won New Talent Award at BFI Future Film Fest. It also earned her a Sundance Ignite Fellowship.
Her second short film 'THE IMPORTANCE OF SKIN' premiered via Short of The Week and screened at BFI.
Thea has gone on to make a handful of other short narrative work and after finishing iFeatures, is now developing her debut feature film ‘Surviving Earth’ with the BFI
You can also see her in both seasons of BBC3's 'Enterprice' and the upcoming second season of ‘Sliced’

Thea’s poetry can be found on tracks with Jorja Smith, Jords and A2 as well as having collaborated on spoken word pieces for VICE TV, Channel 4 and the NHS.

- RushroomRushroom is an inclusive space for writers, actors and directors to practice, play and collaborate. I started Rushroom because I felt that there was a gap in our industry for people to just come and hang out and work/create without the pressure of a class or a job etc. Musicians get to spend hours in the studio practising their craft all together but it's a lot more difficult for people in the visual arts world to do that.
