I deal with the day to day running of the main bar + I am responsible for delivering high customer service in our VIP Bar. The venue is a high revenue generating company and I am also responsible for a team of 12 bar staff and providing them with support whenever needed.
I was part of a team of 3 who dealt with day to day HR inquiries in relation the insurance/Loss Adjusting sector. I was a key member of the team to help with contracts, disciplinary and also pension queries.
