- Consistently keep staff & customers informed of newsletter and special offers available.
- Customer service - Handling customer feedback & queries, Till service
- Training and development of both new and existing staff incl. performance follow-ups/feedback.
- Follow up on KPIs and targets & reacting to achieve overall goals.
- Performing administrative work. i.e BOH, Banking, HR, daily rotas and timesheets.
- Opening and closing the store following security & safety procedures.
- Event management, planning & coordination - prior to, and during in-store & out-of-store events.
Heavy communication with influencers, artists, venues, and marketing team.
- Completing weekly targets and requests for Printed T-Shirts, Tote bags, & Denim in-store at the Weekday Regent Store on a weekly basis for the brand's on-going Zeitgeist handmade print collection.
