Responsible for business development in the online travel market and managing existing Strategic Partners within the EMEA region with a focus on Scandinavia, Greece, Turkey, Balkans, South Africa and Middle East. Business development: • Promote Booking.com BV’s brand name and its online reservation services to the potential business partners. • In charge of research, identification and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners aiming to increase the number of visitors on the Booking.com website • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of Booking.com BV to create and support Booking.com BV in maximizing new business opportunities • Involved in managing all processes leading up to finalizing distribution deals (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up) • Building and maintaining a professional network within the travel web industry on behalf of Booking.com • Conducting research and delivering outcomes on market developments in the travel industry • Identifying and segment business opportunities with Strategic Partners who generate qualified traffic in EMEA region • Managing operations with existing partners and participating in industry events and seminars in order to establish partnerships with global players that are adding value to Booking.com, focusing specially in the airlines, metasearch engines, OTAs and travel startups.
