An internal cultural check also showed that 85% of employees felt more engaged as they were better informed thanks to the improvement of communications. Head of Change Management for the region, providing support to the implementation of the 2015-2025 LatAm Strategy. The communication of the Strategy to all levels of the organization resulted in 84% of employees willing to work for the company for a long time, according to the Great Place to Work survey. Media relations efforts granted Grünenthal the Frost & Sullivan's " GIL 88 Latin American Companies to Watch ", which recognizes the most innovative, dynamic and fastest growing companies in the region. Crisis management followed by the development and coordination of Public Affairs strategies to strengthen the relationship between Grünenthal in Chile and the local Public Health Ministry as well as other key authorities. Development of strategy and materials to support the acquisition of Almirall by Grünenthal in Mexico and the integration process. Development of the Public Affairs strategy for the inauguration of the most modern hormone plant in Chile.
