Shaping the brand’s tone of voice, I coordinate and plan all internal and external communications for four resorts and six city spas – with Champneys widely recognised as one of the world’s leading luxury destination spas. I drive brand awareness and loyalty by developing and maintaining absorbing comms, marketing and PR strategies to promote key messages and talking points.
Assisted with clients’ social media platforms to effectively deliver and raise awareness of key campaigns and supported creative team with strategy planning and delivery.
Involved in all areas of the comms and PR activity and proactively engaged first-team players where appropriate. Managed and enhanced the club’s reputation, delivering core messages and creative campaigns. Demanding, exhilarating, unpredictable and occasionally absurd – especially anything I had to do with the Michael Jackson statue.
Worked on the news desk of two newspapers and wrote features for three in-house magazines. Composed film, gaming and music reviews, conducted celebrity interviews, edited and subbed copy.
