Not only is his work fascinating, thoughtful and personal, he has one of the most unique voices I've encountered. To listen to him reading his work is a delight. - Ant Middleton's Mind Over Muscle7 episode mini-series following 5 first-time London Marathon runners as they train and take part in the 2020 VMLM to see how running affects their mental health issues. The filming of the marathon has been postponed due to coronavirus and will hopefully resume in October when the run is reorganised for.
