  • • Primary stakeholder for the customer within a B2B2C business. Personal objective: to empower customers to improve on their financial situations. Various products developed to enable this. • Responsible for complete consumer product delivery in close collaboration with Psychology, Analytics and Tech Teams • Complete user journey optimisation - run ideation sessions to create CTA‘s and email campaigns for clients, test various creative approaches, analyse result data and direct improvement strategy. Solutions were found in a creative, technical and cultural adaptations • UX Development - Customer insights, audience research, ideation, wireframing, brief development, product testing, technical and content based interaction optimisation to ensure high completion rates (75-99% for a 10 minute interaction) • Ensure high data quality delivery - create questions with high performing GINI • Creatively Direct - Team of Digital Creatives, Creative Producer, Designer, Copywriters and Psychologists in Product Development. Created methodology to improve creative output which was adapted across the company • Mentorship and Management - mentor a team of five to grow to full potential. My team and I became the lynchpin team within the department. We were acted as mediator between all areas (Creative, Design, Copywriting, Tech, Analytics, Psychology and Senior Management and Clients) in every aspect of product delivery and optimisation. Team members were encouraged to grow in their areas of interest and shared their knowledge throughout the company in workshops and ideation sessions • Client Relationships - deliver high performing creative solutions (products, calls to action and entertainment/education elements). These were created to allow high audience satisfaction and completion rates. Clients were international (UK, Russia, Poland, Turkey, South Africa, Czech Republic, Slovakia) and across lenders and insurers
