As a MICE Executive (Small Events), we deal with enquiries for up to 200 delegates.
We receive the enquiries via email, internet platforms or over the phone and look after the prospect until it gets confirmed, contracted and finally passed to the Operations team. These enquiries might or not include Accommodation requests.
We need to make sure we cover all the requirements for the events according to the client's instructions and make sure we meet their expectations, recurring to the other departments involved.
Once the event is over, we make sure that we deal with the invoicing process and pass the event's file to our Accounts team when necessary.
In the Sales and Banqueting Department, we work with most of the Departments from our hotel (Restaurant, Audio Visual, Bar, Front Office, Reservations, Maintenance, Sales Reactive and Operations teams). We also consult our Revenue team when this is required.
