Production Assistant
Assisting the head of womenswear production with all aspects of the production process, including pricing, data entry, comparison shopping, negotiating, tracking and managing sampling and production, handling unforeseen problems, leasing with design teams, country offices and buyers to ensure desired outcomes and critical path are met. Representing the department during fittings to ensure garments are kept within margin. Producing swatch books for each season which involves illustrator and photoshop to compile every sketch and fabrication into a concise book and be constantly updated to reflect the changes. Communicate and action all changes to all buyers and factories/country offices.
Assistant Intern to Head of Womenswear

Fixed term position as part of a team of studio assistants. I was often working on embellishment design, artworking digitally and by hand, working on the stand, stitching and developing samples. I also worked on many of the bespoke garments from draping on the stand to hand embellishing with a multitude of materials.
