Picture editor with a broad range of experience, from online to magazine and book publishing, social media platforms and video. Sourcing imagery from a wide range of diverse sources, arranging partnerships and commissioning new photography. Negotiating fees, managing budgets, assistants and training freelancers and other staff. Part-time teacher of a picture editing course at The London School of Publishing.
Commissioned and art directed magazine cover shoots. Managed on-site photograph, video and publications at Glastonbury Festival 2015 and the ELLE Style Awards. Managed all photography for several fashion months while at ELLE and Vogue.
Former published photographer with an in-depth technical understanding and historical love for the medium. Previously Sam Taylor-Wood's 1st Photographic Assistant, working closely with Sam art directing, producing and during shoots involving Kate Moss and Chanel. Managed all photographic-related processes and materials in her studio, including equipment and her archive. Liaised regularly with her galley, White Cube, her publisher, Steidl, and various clients.
