Work history
    Assistant Product Manager
Analysing Dunnhumby data to understand the life stage and affluence of our customers, along with our customer feedback and returns data, to decide what our end user wants from our products. Here I work alongside Buyers, Merchandisers and suppliers to see through the product ranges from the initial design phase through to the shop floor. Also involved in putting together packaging and Assembly guides, making sure that information we give the customer is clear and precise, improving their experience. This role has also led me to work closely with our web content teams to develop the information and icons that we use on the website, along with making sure our products are correctly categorized, to ease the customer’s user journey when shopping.
