Facilitation of the company's ability to pivot and grow new Marketing Technology product suite in order to set the stage for growth in a shifting media & communication landscape. Development of operative blueprints for proprietary Enterprise Mobility platform including the marketing, pricing and required operational structures for IP commercialisation. Incubation of the product platform to market-ready maturity.
