My role in this small healthy food brand has been far reaching and encompasses packaging design, NDP coordination, campaign visual identity and website management (digital content & ecommerce). I have a unique position, working to support the marketing and commercial efforts always relating back to the business goals and consumer insights. I always strive to get the job done properly. This has never been more prevalent than during the successful launch of our new Cacao Orange Protein Burst Ball, where I project managed the entirety of the launch including; designing the primary and secondary packaging, trade & consumer adverts, presentation boxes & digital content production. The success of this launch was reflected in its rate of sale with the product already on track to be one of our best selling balls.
At Extreme, I was the brand guardian. I supported the brand vision, position and architecture in order to strive towards the overall business goal, which is to deliver a range of Extreme consumer products and experiences to its fans. I worked on a variety of projects including concepts development for a range of products including the electronics range, hotel & resort proposals and the design of the Extreme Sports and Energy Drinks bottle. It was at Extreme that I learnt the importance of authenticity to a brand in keeping aligned with brand values, instead of bending for commercial gain.
