I’m Tiziana, London-based award-winning information designer and art director. With a decade of working experience, I collaborate with creative studios, brands and organisations worldwide, with projects spanning from interactive data experiences to printed editorial data visualizations. I made data visualizations for Corriere della Sera, BBC, British Library, Meta, Google, and Rolex.
Born and raised between the sea and the “vicoli” of Genoa, I live in East London where I run my studio playing with pixels, data, and electronic music, regularly falling in love with new forms of art.
Since 2018, I'm an associate lecturer at the University of the Arts London, and I lectured at Ravensbourne University London, Hyper Island Stockholm, Winchester School of Art, and Università di Bologna. My works have been featured in books and magazines and I'm a regular speaker at industry's events.
In 2016 I co-founded Market Cafe Magazine, the world’s first independent magazine about data visualization. The publication is the current holder of the gold award of the renowned Kantar Information Is Beautiful Awards and it’s sold in 19 bookstores worldwide.

- National Anthems, Year of Adoption by CountryThe visualisation shows the countries that will take part in the Tokyo Olympics. Participating countries are ordered chronologically over the centuries, based on the year in which they adopted the national anthem. The data visualisation was realised for the column Visual Data and published on the issue #477 of «La Lettura», the cultural supplement of the Italian newspaper «Corriere della Sera».
- The Periodic table of discoveriesWe are all familiar with the layout of the long-standing Periodic table, as well as the distribution of its constituent elements, but who discovered them, and when? 2019 was named the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements by UNESCO, celebrating 150 years since the invention of this remarkable tool. In celebration of its landmark status and the event of its 150th anniversary, this visualization illustrates a revisitation of the original Periodic table, focusing on the sci
- A vast array of literatureOn the occasion of the Salone del Libro (The Book Festival) event in Turin, Italy, I was commissioned by leading Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera to create a visualization celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the publishing house, Sellerio. Credited with the publication of popular titles such as the Commissario Montalbano TV series and books, the publishing house Sellerio was founded by Elvira and Enzo Sellerio in 1969, in Palermo, Sicily. Towards the end of the 1970s, Sellerio increas

EGOT is the acronym for the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Awards – which collectively represent the most prestigious professional accolades within American entertainment. Only fifteen people in the world have won all four prizes in their career, and they are known as EGOT winners. Corriere della Sera commissioned me to design a data visualization for the printed cultural supplement of their newspaper, bringing to lig
