About me
TJ Leo was born in 1989 in Manhattan, NY. He is a fitness model, physical therapy assistant and personal trainer. TJ Leo attended the D’youville College. He received a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in physical therapy and minor in biology.
TJ Leo has held a number of different positions, throughout his work-life. Some of these positions include a physical therapy assistant at the ST Alicia Hospital and a personal trainer at Equinox gym. TJ Leo worked at Equinox gym from 2009 to 2015.
In addition to his professional obligations, for many TJ Leo was a professional bodybuilder for many years. He attended a number of bodybuilding competitions.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, doing mixed martial arts such as kickboxing and jiu jujitsu, and doing cross-fit.
