I have extensive experience in Film Production and have worked as a filmmaker for 5 years. I have written, produced, shot and directed a number of my own projects as well as working as a Camera Operator, Director, Assistant Camera and Producer.
My career started in Bristol with music, filming sessions for artists, one-off events and more regular bookings. After completing my degree I took this trend back to London, collaborating with more musicians on bigger projects such as music videos, helping organise gigs. Since then I have branched out into a range of different film medium, both short and long form including; Short Films, Documentary, Feature Films, Online Content and Fashion Concepts, as well as covering Sports, Lifestyle Cultures such as Rollerskating and Tours with different groups.
I have taken a huge step towards concept creation and writing, producing 3 short films of my own, and a feature on the way.
I feel I have outstanding interpersonal skills, and am keen to engage with both clients and new video participants. I would always go the extra mile to try and get the best possible subject for the film or project we were developing. I am a keen listener and develop a great rapport with everyone I work with, especially talent, ensuring they are engaging, yet comfortable, as I spent 10 years in front of the camera myself.
Whenever I have run a shoot, whether it was my own project or a corporate production, I try to be involved in every aspect of production from concept creation and development, all the way through to post-production. I have storyboarded, written, cast and location scouted for a number of my own creative and professional work. I am an enthusiastic filmmaker with a passion for film at its very core. I can speak cohesively and coherently about production and projects, pitching them to clients and stakeholders with confidence.
I feel comfortable shooting both on location, and on-set in professional studios. I have lots of experience shooting interviews, direct to camera youtube adverts and single colour studio set ups. I feel very confident producing these as part of a team or alone including sound, lighting and DIT. I work well under pressure, and work well both as part of a team or independently. As a freelancer, I am used to working well outside of normal working hours and conditions.
I am confident shooting on most DSLR systems including Sony A7Sii and Canon 5D Mk3/4, as well as larger systems such as the Sony FS7 and Canon C100/300. I have also worked as a kit room assistant for a camera rental company so have knowledge of camera and lighting equipment. I also packed and delivered a huge range equipment to and from large film sets all over London and the South East.
I have produced sound using professional grade equipment on almost all of my personal projects and smaller freelance shoots – this included monitoring sound recording on location during the shoot, recording voiceover and basic sound-editing in the post production process.
I am proficient in all Mac and Windows systems, and have experience in Adobe Suites, particularly Adobe Premier CC, After Effects CC, Final Cut X and Photoshop CC. I have been working extensively with our Youtube and Facebook departments for a year focusing solely on producing sharable, clickable content.
I have a full UK Driving License and have my own car, with experience driving large commercial vans. I also hold both UK and US Passports, and have travelled extensively for work in the past.

My duties run from ideation through to editing including Location Management, Casting, Script Supervising, Kit Maintenance and Rental, Contracts, Budgets, Expenses and liaising with clients. These videos bring in huge capital and usually have a view count of 1-3 million. The videos range from location shoots to studio shoots, organic backgrounds to coloramas and in many different languages. We shoot with Canon C300 Mark ii, Sony a7s ii and Canon 5D Mark iii.
