About me
Hi My name is Tom Andrews I'm currently working for Ernst & Young in their Telecommunications, Media and Technology sector. Over the past several years I've had the opportunity to consult clients on some fantastic global accounts, leading diverse teams in the process. I have widespread experience in Digital, Sales, Account Management, Developing Brands, Business & Marketing Strategies, & delivering projects through design, plan and execution to improve Business Performance. In my current position I manage 12 accounts across 12 countries for one of the world’s leading Telecoms. I’m responsible for leading their transformation, communications and marketing strategy in what is the company’s biggest Business Change programme to date. This role has given me a great opportunity to work with a diverse array of people from Europe through to the Middle East as well as develop my leadership skills and share knowledge on a global level. Previous roles have included driving client’s digital capabilities using data driven insight to balance cost, risk and performance as well as developing digital marketing & social media strategies to drive new customer enquiries. I have gained experience unlocking clients potential across a range of sectors including; Finance, Government, Telco, Law, Sport, Technology and Media at C-suite level. One of my biggest attributes is my ability to build and sustain long lasting relationships. Previously being a Sales Account Manager on the largest digital change programme in Europe installed into me the importance of managing key stakeholders (internally and externally) I was able to plan, deliver and sustain the rollout of a complex technology across a workforce of 13,000 end users. I have demonstrated the ability to design sophisticated reporting dashboards which clients has adopted into BAU. This analytical & strategic approach to brand development is something I have been able to develop across several projects. I’m an extremely pragmatic, action orientated and energetic individual. Having a background in Architecture and Design has produced an innate passion to constantly develop and learn as well as allow creativity in every role I’ve undertaken. I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me to any organisation. Many Thanks. Tom
