Lead researcher lead working with British Standards Institute (BSI) to future proof the business. During the discovery phase, my role was to define key problem areas, coordinate research with stakeholders and end-users and to recommend where the business would need to orientate itself. To test the validity of concepts, I set out to work with users to test potential ideas and gather feedback.
Strategic design lead for a 7 week research and discovery phase project for 3 (Three), the mobile network operator. Working with a blended team of client and agency team mates, I set the strategic direction for the project to change the direction of the business both from a customer and commercial perspective. From designing and facilitating user research sessions, synthesising the research into actionable recommendations, to deliver- ing stakeholder workshops, the role was a great platform to demonstrate my expertise and ability to self organise
Working with the senior leadership team at Barclays Retail Bank to design a clear strategic direction for their products and services. Customer and commercial considerations were gathered through extensive interviews with key stakeholders and customers in workshops and interviews. Through the discovery process a coherent path emerged for the future Retail banking service, grounded in strategic insight and research. Combined with this I work as the lead Creative Solutions Consultant across EMEA.
Principal Design Strategist - (Contract) I worked on a project for a banking app for RBS to encourage better saving behaviour for its customers. My role was to lead the research by creating a robust method of testing the desirability of this product through user research to better understand the behaviours it triggered.
