Perform trades quickly and efficiently - recording transactions accurately for reporting. Maintain balances to ensure no overdrafts. Speak to clients and to use my initiative to address any issues they may have to ensure a happy relationship.
Assist the account managers - record key details from meetings, numbers, facts, agreements etc Speak to clients - arrange meetings and schedules. As well as this - I was able to 'hop' around the company to explore other areas of a creative marketing agency. Including :- shadowing the production team, wire framing, idea generation and content writing which I was able to contribute to - (an area I enjoyed most)
