Used InDesign and Photoshop to lay up chapters and ensure each guide was correctly formatted. Liaised directly with clients, printers and colleagues in other departments (Sales, Marketing, Design) to ensure quality in each of the products I worked on. Managed a heavy workload and, through prioritising and efficiency, never missed a deadline. Worked as part of a team of Editors, providing assistance to colleagues when necessary. Uploaded completed guides to ICLG website using a bespoke CMS and updated client details on our in-house CRM.
