I started working for Rare part-time when I was studying at University as a way to help fund my photography projects. I began working in the warehouse but management at the company soon decided to move me into more of a Customer Service role. My daily tasks included responding to customers over the phone and via email, processing refunds and liaising with delivery companies to ensure everything was running smoothly.

For three years I studied Photography at the University of Central Lancashire. These were an incredibly important few years in terms of my development as a professional. The skills I gained over my time here are invaluable and I hope that they help me get a job in a profession that I love. I progressed not only as a professional at University but also as a person in regards to my confidence and belief in my own abilities.
