*RESERVATIONS COORDINATOR: Full-time role managing reservations for 5 hotels: Sheraton Park Lane, The Park Tower Knightsbridge, Le Meridien Piccadilly, W London, and Aloft London ExCel.
- Provided customer service to individual, corporate and wholesale clients, while contributing to the achievement of revenue targets by identifying sales opportunities and using selling techniques
- Developed Reservations KPIs’ tracking system, which became ‘Best Practice’ for EAME hotels
- Performed regular ‘mystery calls’ to Customer Contact Centres supervising quality standards
- Developed a unified Departmental Induction Manual; trained new & existing employees (15+).
- Created 32 branded e-mail templates to facilitate: compliance with brand standards, consistency in departmental correspondence, and a more agile communication process with stakeholders.
*MARKETING TRAINEE: Monthly traineeship sessions within the Marketing team for England & Ireland (8 hotels), simultaneous to my Innovation and Reservations roles.
