During my time at Wieden + Kennedy, I got the chance to work with some amazing talent on a project I keep very close to my heart: the launch of KLABU, a Non-Profit Foundation that works with refugees to provide proper sports facilities and equipment in camps and settlements around the world. To do so, they have designed a series of sport kits with the talented Kevin Govey and they sell them to finance the construction of more clubs in more refugee camps around the world.
The Kennedys is Wieden+Kennedy's creative accelerator program as W+K's own agency within the agency. The program brings together creatives from all fields to build ground-breaking campaigns for up-and-coming companies, working on everything from strategy, to copy-writing, to video and film production.
I've worked with La Paz Film on the soon to come out short film "BAKED BEANS" in the role of Screenwriter and Executive Producer. As one of the minds behind the project, I have had the pleasure to lead the project together with the director Sam Ainsworth, the producer Augustin Hardy, and worked with a very talented crew of London-based filmmakers.
The Met Film School offers 1 yearlong Masters to people interested in working in the Film and Television Industries. Besides what I learned on the functioning of story structure, the School also gave me the chance to gain a lot of practical experience: the work on set gave me a clear sense of the complexities behind a collaborative effort in a professional environment, where a creative team comes together to deliver on a specific brief to an external client.
