Curating a two week programme of events and activations across a number of venues, through research and proactive lead generation, strategic and mindful sales, building and maintaining client relations, creating and managing partnership/ambassador agreements, budget management, content creation, promotion, and the coordination of in-house events and venues.

Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures are followed by the team to the highest level throughout a range of different recruitment journeys. Maintaining 100% data management accuracy and confidentiality to ensure the team met client security contract standards. Coordination of multiple interview processes for a wide range of specialist roles, maintaining speed and 100% data accuracy to meet SLA’s, creating and updating reports and figures, managing beginning to end of campaign candidate communications, creating tracking systems to ensure all candidate journeys were documented in line with security standards, maintaining a highly organised and transparent approach to all tasks.
