    11 Castle Bridge Road, Nottingham NG7 1GX Baker (full time) • Produce high quality scratch bread products. Other duties are required, such as working on the ovens, producing fresh rolls and confectionary duties. • The working hours are very varied between 3am starts to 12pm finishes. • Cleaning the equipments is a high priority; the department gets regular checkups by duty managers and audit. • MAC (Mystery Availability Check) concentrates on our product availability on the shop floor. Each person has a responsibility to find missing gaps on the shelves. The store gets tested every week between Wednesday-Tuesday. • MCN ( Mystery Customer) This is tested on each colleague, on how well we treat customer queries, offering them latest offers and showing them correctly to the products they require. Another thing they concentrate on is the cleanliness of each department.
