About me

I am a young marketing professional with 5 years of experience in the Retail, Lifestyle and Media industry in countries like India, Egypt and Colombia. Within my role, professionally, I have immersed myself in campaigns wherein I have had exposure to brand communication, fashion event management, marketing and revenue generation within the markets that I worked in. I would like to transfer my skills and learning’s into a fashion framework and in particular to social media marketing or brand management among luxury brands or a fashion magazine. I am extremely passionate about innovative user interaction methods and sustainability in the luxury fashion brand sector. These two are also the core research areas for my dissertation.a Given a chance I would like to develop my skills further by working with an organization such as yours.   • Marketing – • Within my marketing duties I successfully launched and managed the Future Media website which leverages how the in-store retail space can be utilized for generating revenue. • I also developed content and creatives of marketing brochures, company newsletters, business seminars and exhibition banners. Conceptualized and executed reader engagement events for ‘My World’ a fashion and lifestyle magazine exclusively for Future Group shoppers with loyalty cards. Business Development – • Generated revenue for the company through B2B deals from various category of clients like Auto , BFSI , FMCG , Lifestyle etc (last deal being for Rs.1.30 Cr /1,22,641 GBP ), some of my biggest clients being VISA, L’Oreal, Godrej, Colgate, Future Generali, HDFC Bank etc. • Market Scoping & Competitor Mapping - identified potential clients and investors for in-store brand promotion campaigns and created client specific solution from conceptualization to implementation of the campaign. • Data Analysis - Prepared activity reports through data analysis based on the raw data of in- store footfalls v/s sales.

SAFI TEEN DIVA 2010 • My role here involved product placement of brands we partnered with during fashion shows (eg- L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, World Gold Council, Alexandre de Paris, Malaga, HP Vivienne Tam signature laptop collection etc). • I also organized winner, artist press conferences, photo shoots and interviews with TV and radio channels like IBN, Sony, TV9, Viacom 18, Radio One and Radio Mirchi. • I developed the content for radio chats and brand jingles for promoting the events. Identifying business leads and closing barter deals with malls, hotels and airlines for our fashion shows was also an integral part of my profile.
