Public Health Team Assistant & PA

Supporting with PA duties such as diary management and organising meetings for Strategic Director of Public Health
Support to the Head of Operations by organising conferences and workshops for key stakeholders, providers of services, GP’s and local authority staff across 6 local authorities
Project work including analytical support to create and maintain the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment including data entry, analysis, evaluation and preparing reports for Directors.
Provided support for other LA’s in projects such as the School Foods Trust
General support in managing diaries for a large team, organising events, booking venues, dealing with invoices, taking minutes and distributing papers.
