Responsible for the strategy and execution of the Brand Development and Marketing Plan for the company, carrying out objectives and meet KPI’s within budget and set parameters Commercially manage the unique product mix of branded, own label, brand collaboration and trade products to gain maximum venue whilst retaining and enhancing the business’ unique brand positioning Work closely with the New Product Development, Operations and Sales teams to ensure that the Brand Development & Marketing Plan can be effectively implemented and desired sales targets are achieved Devise the Merchandising and Marketing plan for new product launches and site openings, ensuring innovation and consistency in the delivery platform as the business expands Be customer and consumer focused, highly aware of competition and trends in the market place, delivering clear insights for investment decisions, promotional and strategic focus Oversee the digital assets of the company, including website and social media to raise brand awareness and control any reputational risk Propose the market budget, control the return on investment through effective budgetary control and brand P&L management through intimate knowledge of product and costs Be commercially focused and responsible for driving profitability of the operations Champion a training culture within the company to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best in the industry Maintain close, professional, effective links with contractors and consultants. Be a brand champion and guardian to inspire broader business support for the strategy of the company Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching
