Blasé Vanguard (BLZVNGRD) is a music producer and multi-genre DJ based in Trinidad & Tobago and the United Kingdom. Popular event brands such as A Little Louder UK, SKINT LDN, Milkshake, Propaganda and Electric Monkey have booked him at venues including Juno Bar, The Alibi, The Nest and XOYO in Shoreditch, The Warehouse in Tottenham Hale, The Camden Barfly and O2 Academy Islington. He has also performed at Student Union events at the University of East London, Goldsmiths University, University of West London and Brunel University. In 2017, he has been featured on UK internet radio stations such as Radar Radio and Wired Radio at Goldsmiths University, where he had a weekly live broadcast named "LOVELOVELOVE". In Trinidad, he has played for promotions such as Hakwai Clan, Children of the Coup, Spectrum Events, CDM Generation, Africa Film Trinidad and Tobago (AFTT) and Bass Yard, moving crowds at venues from Roll to the Big Black Box, Euphoria Lounge, 51 Degrees Lounge and the Brian Lara Promenade. • Scouted and liaised with independent and emerging artists (discovering, monitoring, studying trends/progress etc.) with a specific view to sign the most promising, exciting writers into Rhiza Music's Publishing arm in order for Rhiza to help promote these artists through a network of digital jukeboxes and background music systems. • Managed historical records for the publishing of the intellectual property of artists signed with Rhiza music and actively sought out music synchronisation opportunities for said intellectual property.
