Project Executive
Working along side to other members of the team to execute The Inclusive Capital event that took place at Mansion House. Guest speakers included Carlos Slim Helu, Lord Mayor of London, HRH The Prince of Wales, Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild, Bill Clinton and many more.
I had sole responsibility for bringing in $30 trillion dollars worth of assets under management held by companies all over the world, under one roof (1/3 of the global wealth). Other responsibilities included managing the event on the day- (handling registrations,liaising with US Secret Service on security, ensuring efficient and effective flow according to timing, delegating of tasks to other team members) updating all systems, liaising with CEO's and PA's, managing invitations, updating the website, editing key PR pieces, creating reports, bringing in new clients, researching AUMs and managing top 50 companies in the financial world were some of the key responsibilities.
A 360 role working to bring the event together- managing and operating the whole event from start to finish.
Clinton Keynote Speech:
Keynote Speech by Bill Clinton which took place at Guildhall. Attendees were hand picked and also included guests that attended the Mansion House event earlier. My responsibilities included transitioning all guests from Mansion House to Guildhall, registering and seating guests,coordinating Clinton's arrival with US Secret Service, executing the reception drinks. Prior to the event, it included all areas of operational/ managerial duties to help bring two separate events at two different locations, together as one.
