Dear Sirs, My name is Valeria Batistini I am 31 years old and I am living in Barcelona since five years,. Italian is my mother tongue. I left Florence, my hometown, in my 20’s to go and travel in Australia, where I lived for more than 3 years. Here I improved my English, that now I consider my second language, after so many years of studying it and practicing it in my last years, as personal and professional level. I also speak Spanish fluently and I have a basic knowledge of French. I am currently work as Content manager for a wedding website (bodas.net), I am in charge of creating captivated descriptions, in Italian, for all clients that want to appear on our web search engineer to organize weddings. I also maintain contacts with our users and clients regarding contents, I am controlling and published comments, videos and pictures to provide an high level of quality. With my past experiences for two years with “Apple Care” project as Customer and with booking.com for more than 6 months, both as service representative, I improved my communication skills and capacity in solving issues, filling all the Customer Service requirements. These professional experiences helped me to look forward for future new experiences, trying to keep alive my passions (writing and travelling) and value my natural positive inclination in working with people. I am always been fond in travelling and learning languages therefore the last 10 years of my life has been focused in living abroad and gain experiences in Australia, Europe and Asia and I recently achieved my certificate in tesol.
