  • Project Lead and Client Services I am responsible for building strong client relationships as well as project visions. I am often tasked with the job of setting objectives, engaging with stakeholders, initiating and executing strategy, knowing when to recalibrate, maintaining the highest quality standard and tracking project status. It is also my job to ensure that upon successful completion of any project, a debrief is completed and learnings are shared. I work closely with clients, departmental leads and other partners to ensure the most collaborative and effective working style. Strategic Market Foresight My role requires diligent research around identifying changes within the market, industry, and broader socioeconomic global contexts. I am often tasked with creating future scenarios that illustrate different organisational strategies and innovation hypotheses. I also activate and facilitate strategic dialogues that engage key stakeholders with macro themed scenarios and future state vignettes. Content Strategy I work to achieve project goals by maximizing the impact of content across a diverse range of mediums. I am also responsible for ensuring we get the maximum business value out of content, taking into consideration its purpose, management, production, delivery, measurement and re-use. Story Telling I believe that the most powerful form of consumer and user connection happens through the art of story telling. I have helped my clients articulate their goals and ambitions, finding new ways to translate their mission into content. Using my strong research skills and natural empathy, I have helped build deep brand and business narratives which have successfully connected with audiences, driving engagement, building loyalty and bringing to life special, shared moments. Design Strategy As a highly visual thinker, I greatly enjoy collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to ensure that the written and visual content is not only cohesive but beautiful. Information Design I am, by nature, an organised individual, and in this role am able to make use of my natural communication skills to sift through and arrange complex information into easy to navigate and simple to use informational structures.
