Account Executive
I work with companies of all sizes across the private, public and charity sectors, meticulously planning
and executing campaigns, to help employers attract and engage with future employees.
- Media- Planning and buying appropriate media solutions in both print and online publications.
Including: negotiation, analysis, review and optimisation to ensure best ROI
- Project Management- delivering campaigns on time and to budget
- Client Service- developing trusting, professional and fun relationships
- Business Development- pursuing opportunities to grow accounts appropriately and without
compromising existing work
- Additionally, I have managed attraction for diversity events, including “Inside and Out” LGBT Banking event and “OPEN” for Undergraduates with disabilities and long-term health conditions.
Recent achievements:
- January 2015: Short-listed for “Best Print Advertisement”- Recruitment Advertising Design Awards
- February 2015: Reduced my client’s Graduate media campaign CPC by 76% over the last five months by better aligning media suppliers to the target audience.
- March 2015: £120,000 launch of an Apprenticeship recruitment campaign, with a 1700% increase in applications in the first 24 hours compared to 2014.
