I work with brands on a freelance basis to produce communication messages with meaningful content, i.e. social media posts, email newsletters and blogs. I love to work with both start-ups and established brands to tell a story by creating a distinctive tone of voice using wordplay, creative content and social media engagement. My marketing approach is focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience and ultimately, drive prospects to take a desired action.
KSBC is a move management company specialising in IT and Telecoms. My role sits within the marketing and business development team who is collectively responsible for supporting the growth of KSBC by increasing its visibility, productivity and profitability. My responsibilities include to manage the marketing direction, specifically copy-writing for the web, content management and basic SEO, as well as, production of offline marketing collateral and presentations, as directed by the Managing Director. Furthermore, I am responsible for the KSBC blog and all social media activity, ensuring consistency in style and tone across all content.
My role as a Social Media Coordinator involved supporting the growth of Facebook and Twitter accounts by producing content that aligned with overall marketing objectives and engaging with growing community. I also identified future prospects to support promotional activities.
