I had a varied role working at Lulu Pierre Limited but my main role as a ecommerce and content administrator involved the following:
• Handling all aspects of customer service for the company and ensuring that the best possible customer service is provided
• Monitoring online reviews and being the main point of contact for all web related/customer service queries via email
• Identifying trends in customer queries, issues and feedback within customer service with a view to resolve all underlying causes
• Managing the day to day running of the Boho Locs Ecommerce website (through managing web orders and processing web orders)
• Uploading product content (descriptions, images and videos), with occasional original copy. Also ensuring that product pages are accurate and optimised to provide the best information for the customer, enabling them to purchase with confidence.
• Producing original copy for the website as well as using digital mediums like emails and social media platforms to market products
• Ensuring all pricing, stock level and product information are reflected accurately on the website
• Having a hand in testing and strategizing campaigns and promotions for the company
• Experience using software tools such as Slack and Asana to easily manage, organise and plan workflow as a team and individually.
• A point of contact for both our US and UK fulfillment centers and product suppliers
