Responsible for the client database of one of London’s most active and vibrant art galleries. Establishing relationships and creating deals with clients of all levels. Bespoke art assessment and advise, cutting pieces for private collectors. Being responsible for every aspect of art management, from sales to logistics and delivery as well as customer care and bespoke follow up. Responsible for certain aspects of the organisation and production of exhibitions of contemporary installation. Working with a large existing client and lead database and expanding on it through tools such as HubSpot. Issuing and following up on invoices through Xero. Providing guided tours to the general public and targeting specific audiences. Working towards specific sales targets. Acting as public relations for the gallery. Working closely with artists and creatives to execute installations. Design of marketing material. Practical tasks such as ordering materials, construction and installation.
Working with a large client database, interacting with both existing and potential customers face to face or via phone/email. Managing different customer accounts and allocating budgets for recording sessions. Providing first point of contact between clients and industry as well as offering customer service and support throughout the recording process. Managing producers and artists’ schedules and organising recording sessions. Managing and supervising studio time.
