I have recently graduated from the University of Leeds with a 1st Class degree in English Literature and Ancient History. I am looking for career opportunities within the radio industry. I am creative – I write music and poetry; I am passionate about radio, I have produced radio shows and podcasts. My love for literature and music is reflected in the work I have done in radio, through which I have had the opportunity to meet many different authors and artists to discuss their works and engage various audiences. As a presenter on Leeds Student Radio I have conducted interviews with writers, musicians and actors across Europe and the United States. During my year in industry, I worked for an international book shop and arts centre in central Madrid. There, I had the opportunity to help run literary and music events, edit and produce content for the centre, and interview writers visiting from around the world. I am sociable and hardworking and speak Spanish at Intermediate level (B2).
