Key responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process from review to hire stage
• Working alongside senior stakeholders and department managers to bring in the best talent
• Conducting interviews over the phone, video call and in person
• Attending recruitment events at universities and large scale conferences, giving presentations and running
company stands.
• A part of Access VFX – an initiative to bring the discussion of a career in VFX into schools to inspire students
of a younger age.
• Managing the organisation and recruitment of DNEG’s Graduate and Internship schemes each year, running
internal assessment days
• Providing support to colleagues during peak times in which there may be 200+ roles to hire
• Training new team members and being a continuous point of contact
• Working with the Global Mobility team and external lawyers to provide VISAs to international employees
• Assisting the HR People team when necessary through difficult periods e.g creating a full schedule for all
employee annual reviews in the company (1000+ people), hosting Furlough meetings with employees and their managers during the COVID-19 pandemic

Key responsibilities:
• Strategically sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Google Boolean searches, creating LinkedIn projects and detailed Excel spreadsheets of suitable candidates
• Approaching and liaising with all sourced candidates, communicating in an effective manner to attract their interest in joining the company
• Managing the full recruitment process from attraction to offer for all sourced candidates
• Maintaining a good relationship with Hiring Managers and managing expectations
