One of a core team of 4 PMs servicing the Dove global business at Ogilvy. I work across the Deodorant, Cleansing and Masterbrand categories. Day to day responsibilities include annual forecasting (with regular monthly updates) of in scope projects, scoping creative requirements / illustrations / animations / content making for any out of scope elements, planning of all creative resources from creative teams to designers, producers, post production and digital, and daily trafficking and workflow to keep everything moving! Role is more programme focused than that of a creative PM, with a lot of attention needed on forecasting and keeping track of time and burn.
Rolling freelance working mainly on supermarket retailer Lidl, Organic Trade Board, QuickBooks and smaller client groups. My role focuses on integrated campaigns covering TV, online, print and digital, within and outside of retainer fees, creating project plans, estimates for post production working with broadcast TV producers and art buying. My responsibilities involve processes and contributing to better working methods, for greater efficiencies on the creative process, all round support to the senior stakeholders as well as project handling mentoring to junior account handlers on how to manage creative workflows, trafficking jobs through challenging stages of work effectively through the agency. In my time at TBWA have delivered 2 main campaigns for Lidl, Organic Trade Boards’ Christmas campaign on time, and lastly set up a working programme working on Pro-Active ideas to generate more online content for Lidl.
Extended month as the main PM for the Talk Talk team, both onsite at client HQ and at WLT studios. A quick deep dive into the account processes, direct client liaison and trafficking live projects out of scope from retainer. Projects covered ranged from simple updates to existing collateral, to scoping a CSR event auction guide, to packaging and artworks
3-month contract conducting insight and managing an innovation project at WT to engage with influencers on research into mental health, targeting young people between the ages of 16 – 24 yrs. The approach was to engage with key influencers that have great presence in their social communities via social media, to produce a short content film in the influencers’ own style and format to be posted on their social media channels. My role covered intensive research into finding the right influencer, initial contact with talent agents/managers, through to pitching the idea to get them on-board and identifying that influencer’s interest within mental health to define the specific condition, and from the amazing neuroscientists available via the Wellcome Trust’s database to match with medical researcher/expert specialising in the particular topic to collaborate with. Project was defined by 4 topics of interests: music, sport/football, beauty/lifestyle and video game.
