Social Media management & Strategy Ecommerce
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and running of the website liaising with teams responsible for online content, creative assets and stock/merchandising. - Preparation and upload of new products ensuring accurate features, category, attributes, pricing, photography, personalisation and meta descriptions - Build the online trading calendar and help support the execution of promotional strategy - Optimise website activities to product offering to help optimise product mix - Track out-of-stock products and work with production team to resolve inventory availability issues - Responsible for producing Weekly and Monthly KPI reports - Acting as one point of contact between the Directors, the factory and the Warehouse supporting the management of the wholesale accounts (purchase order/ order confirmations/photo samples/ press requests)
Clients : Atelier Bordelle / Rotring / MCSapparel / Iam village bicycle/ Virdis Group - Managing the social media marketing strategy and execution of all social media activities & campaigns - Building and implementing a global brand voice - Setting up / Building / Monitoring websites with Wordpress - Compile monthly reports, data analysis and benchmark studies
- Optimise the inventory and data management - Undertaking relevant stock enquiries across EU stores and the main warehouse - Dealing with unusual E-Commerce technical issues and resolving it on a large scale - Fraud and orders management on a daily basis - Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers and manage personal shopper experience.
- Support the E-commerce team during the busiest period of the year : Christmas /Sales/Valentine’s day - Upload of new products ensuring accurate features, category, attributes, pricing, photography, meta descriptions and merchandising - Web order fulfilment - responsible for sourcing, packing and dispatching all online orders and returns. - Assist in website photography production and post-production
Handling new artists, accounts and projects on a daily basis - Negotiating and setting up new business ventures with festivals, magazines and record labels - Liaising with art buyers from advertising agencies and setting up monthly meetings to promote the artists - Contribute innovative and compelling ideas for the Clothing Brand: “ Commune de Paris”.
