About me
I am a highly professional individual with in-depth experience of working in a varied sales environment. I have excellent interpersonal skills and extremely high standards as well as a strongly developed organizational and management expertise. My knowledge with creative networking and collaborative events has been consistently building and these can be reviewed in my list of accomplishments (more available upon request). As a member of management I encompass a ‘can do’ attitude and take responsibility for my own actions (and those of my staff). Reliability, honesty, accountability and a ‘lead by example’ ethos shows staff members that we must look beyond our own roles and show understanding within all areas of our organization. I also posses a need for attention to detail when planning training sessions, prioritizing deadlines and setting realistic monthly targets for my team. This often means I have to be open and flexible to changes and new ideas (allowing my team members to also identify opportunities for development and show their own problem solving skills). Having a keen flare for learning new skills and information results in personal growth and an openness to receive developmental feedback, which facilitates in the overall nature of organizational success and change. I believe I have a wealth of experience and professionalism along with a passion to learn. These attributes are desirable in business, for its customers, staff and the city. My relationship with fragrance began when I was finishing my psychology degree and GORILLA PERFUME LUSH released a new ‘Volume’ of fragrances. These were creations of inspirations and experiences by father and son duo Mark and Simon Constantine. I fell in love with the way the perfumers worked and how we began to introduce this niche brand to our clients and the wider community (as well as our staff). I followed my heart and applied for the 6months position in London at our ‘pop up store and Gallery’ in Shoreditch. The rest is a story to tell later! but it began my obsession with olfactory journeys, a wealth of networking and meeting amazing new clients/collaborators and friends. In summary: my work ethic is strong. Driven by the passion to learn and develop personal, behavioural and professional skills, in turn supporting colleagues and the organization I am representing, alongside those in the communities that we work with (nationally/internationally and globally). My passions are formed through music, culture, art, food and architecture; with influence by city landscapes,smells and the semantics that surround us.
