• Training and competing all of the show horses that we take on through the season.
• Preparing schooling programs for each individual animal.
• Organising a viable calendar of events, schedules and entering shows by deadline.
• Arranging transport to different locations all over the country for horses, ponies and event staff.
• Training staff, dealing with clients and keeping them involved in the progression of their horses.
• Teaching younger jockeys.
• Managing promotion of services offered by the team, events, achievements and availability through social media.
