Responsible for the management of all HR and L&D activities and operational responsibility for the coordination and logistical organisation of overseas operations, including the seasonal setting up and closing down of all resorts and management of general Powder White assets. Reporting directly to the two main board directors, remotely manage a team of two based in Europe, with oversight of six resort managers. Accountable for an operational budget of £300,000 with responsibility of forecasting, budgeting, managing and reconciling expenditure across four currencies. Manage, including hands on delivery, of a comprehensive overseas training programme for all staff from induction to specialist training to manager training. Make business smart decisions on a daily basis, considering the perspective of multiple aspects of the business, including operations, sales, and product enhancement.
