I started as a VFX artist straight after my masters, and immediately went to work for the typical small company which we started out in a room and from there I have been part of making that small "room" into an into a mid-size company.
I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to lead shows and soon enough I was on set as a VFX supervisor for a commercial we did in London.
The experience I had from doing that commercial was mind blowing we came up with so many creative & economical ways to achieve the look and concepts which directed had in mind, one of the things about visual effects industry is there are so many creative ways to achieve the final results.
Starting my career in a small company taught me how to be efficient and effective in less amount of time as we were doing big features film in very small budgets so it was all about techniques and speed comping to achieve what directors wanted.
