  Keep the FunkDuring the past year, I created a personal style of illustration. Being inspired by my personal experiences during the pandemic, I designed a visual language of happiness, social connection and hope. This was utilized in a clothing design project of t-shirts and tote-bags, called “Keep the Funk’’, to create a wearable message of optimism to share with others.

  Editorial MockupFor this illustration, I wanted to give a hand at editorial illustration. I thought this article about dance, happiness and social connection would be a great starting point since it fits in with the tone of my current work.

  Dance til the Police comeI wanted to experiment more with 2D illustration. Using highly textured brushes and a high contrasted, saturated colour palette, I made an illustration that felt like you were encapsulated under the disco ball.
