•Planning of artistic direction for shoots regarding hair, make-up & styling and directing models on set.
•Defining the ‘look and feel’ of the campaigns and maintaining consistent quality during the shoots.
•Ensuring the benchmark of shoots are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency of imagery
•Responsible for visual merchandising and styling mannequins.
•Ad-hoc shoot co-ordinating, which includes, art direction and editing of shots.
•Liaising with buyers and marketing teams and reporting directly into the Design Manager.
