I am a passionate, pro-active and responsible postgraduate, who's just finalised her M.A. in Advertising and Marketing at University of Leeds. I have worked in-house and at agencies where I've gained experience in the areas (digital) marketing communication, advertising, social media and PR. As of 3 years ago, I started my own blog, where I share my thoughts and knowledge in terms of beauty —showing that my passion and interest goes beyond my professional experience. Responsible for Marketing Communications regarding cosmetics brand AHAVA, whilst creating a cross-channel marketing communications plan to increase its brand awareness and sales in the Netherlands. Responsibilities: i.a. administrative support, co-creating brand activation plans, coordinating (blogger) events, strategising to increase traffic to consumer workshops, writing newsletters and a new communication policy. Achievements: • Led and represented AHAVA as ambassador at annual Beauty Gloss Party (national event) • Developed a research, advice and implementation plan to measure, gain and increase (online) brand awareness • Pitched latest launches to Beauty Editors of major glossies

During the Business Management Game, business knowledge, inter cultural skills and professional aptitude were applied. The 'game' was recreating a stimulation of how working in a 'management team' would be, whilst making executive decisions in a multicultural group. This stimulation took place on campus for 3 days.
