Currently, I work for USC, as Senior Graphic Designer, where I manage the design team and look after all of USC.co.uk creative content needs. At USC we deal with many fashion brands on a daily basis, where we have to adhere to their brand guidelines as well as developing USC as a brand in itself.
My day to day job requirements, will see me work closely with associated brand partners, on various creative solutions for promoting new season trends and offers within our online store, whilst tying in with instore promotions. This will include, email marketing and social media content, paid online advertising, understanding SEO, bespoke photoshoots and lifestyle imagery management. I am also responsible for the redesign of various pages within our site which will include the coding of the front end of our site.
Recently I redesigned USC.co.uk, to bring it more in line with current design trends and online retailers. I reworked the USC template so it ran smoother and looked more slick within a responsive setting, for the customers ease of use, across various devices. The feedback I received form the board, deemed the redesign as a success, where bounce rates were reduced by 17% and conversion increased by 1%.
Although most recently I have been working online, in my past design experience I mostly dealt with design for print marketing solutions as well as some filming experience, where I created Tent pitching videos for the brand Vango.
In my spare time I enjoy painting, exploring new music and creating my own range of men’s underwear, where I am developing my own brand which helps keep my creative juices going.
